  • weariness, fatigue

  • teaching breath exercises
  • teaching effective cough
  • manual diaphragm therapy
  • improving lung capacity

Additionally, the properly adjusted exercises are used to increase the range of movement for the upper limbs, exercises strengthening respiratory muscles, cardio exercises on a treadmill or stationary bicycle, as well as postural positions and drainage.
